How do I find my driver at the airport?

Driver will be waiting for you in Arrival hall holding a board name with name that you entered on a booking form.

Do I have to share a vehicle with other passengers?

No, vehicle is exclusively for you and  there are no other passengers unless you use Shared Shuttle.

Is the transfer direct, door to door?

Yes, the transfer is without any detours or stops along the way unless you use Shared Shuttle.

What is a ‘Meet and Greet’ service?

A ‘Meet and Greet’ service is whereby the driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board                                         in the appropriate place i.e an Arrivals Hall.

Will you meet us anytime of day or night?

Yes, as all bookings are pre booked we can provide a 24hr service.

How do I make a booking?

Preferably through our ‘Instant Online Quote’ booking engine or via email at info@galwayshuttle.com.

Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?

No, we will track your plane's progress when it is in the air.

When will receive my Sales Receipt?

Your Sales receipt will automatically be sent to you on the evening of the transfer.

I have booked a transfer but I haven’t received confirmation by email?

Please check your spam folder or call +353 831546456 and we will deal with your booking as quickly as possible.

Do you provide baby seats? How much does it cost?

Yes, we offer baby seats and they are free of charge. However, if you are travelling with a child and you will need a baby seat please mention it in comments to your booking.
