1. Cancellations can be made directly by email (info@galwayshuttle.com) up to 48 hours  prior to the first (or only) sector of your transfer booked date. 

2. Amendments can be made directly by email (info@galwayshuttle.com) up to 48 hours prior to the first (or only) sector of your transfer booked date . While  will try to assist, we cannot guarantee that any requests for amendments will be met.

3.Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to date of travel will be charged to 100%.

4. In addition we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 20 euro for any amendments to services or cancellations.

5. Transfers where a client does not show up for a transfer without informing us in advance will be charged in full.
