1.Booking & Payments

  • How do I make a booking?

You can book your transfer quickly and easily using our Instant Online Quote & Booking Engine on the website. You can also email us directly at info@galwayshuttle.com.

  • I’ve booked a transfer but haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at +353 831546456 and we’ll assist you immediately.

  • When will I receive my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be automatically emailed to you on the evening of your transfer.

 

2.Cancellation Policy

  • What is Your Cancellation Policy?

At Galway Shuttle, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. That’s why we aim to be as flexible and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund policy for both private and shared airport transfers.

 

Here’s what you need to know:

 

Free Cancellation & Amendments — Up to 48 Hours Before Travel

  • You can cancel or amend your booking by email (info@galwayshuttle.com) up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer.

  • We will do our best to accommodate any changes, though amendments are subject to availability.

✅ Late Cancellations – Less Than 48 Hours

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your transfer are non-refundable and will be charged 100% of the total fare.

No-Shows

  • If a passenger does not show up for their scheduled transfer without prior notice, the booking is non-refundable and will be charged in full.

✅ Administrative Fee

  • A standard €20 administration fee may apply to any amendments or cancellations, even within the free cancellation window.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible if your travel plans change. Our goal is to provide a stress-free and reliable transfer service for every journey.

 

3.Airport Pickups & Meet and Greet

  • How do I find my driver at the airport?

Your driver will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall, holding a name board with the name you provided during booking.

  • What is a ‘Meet and Greet’ service?

This is our standard service: the driver will park the vehicle and greet you in the airport arrivals area with your name sign — ensuring a smooth and stress-free pickup.

  • Will you meet us anytime of day or night?

Yes! We offer a 24/7 service for all pre-booked Galway airport transfers, regardless of arrival or departure time.

  • Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?

No. We track all flights and monitor their progress in real time. You won’t be charged extra for airline delays.

 

4.Shared Shuttle & Private Transfers

  • Do I have to share a vehicle with other passengers?

No. Unless you’ve selected the Shared Shuttle option, your transfer will be completely private.

  • What is the Shared Shuttle?

It’s an optional shared ride service that offers a €50 refund if another group books the same route and timing. Otherwise, your ride remains a private transfer.

  • Is the transfer direct, door to door?

Yes. All Galway Shuttle transfers are direct and door-to-door. No stops or detours unless you choose to share the ride through the Shared Shuttle option.

 

5.Families & Extras

  • Do you provide baby seats?

Yes, we provide baby seats free of charge. If you need one, simply mention it in the comments section of your booking.
